We are a women owned business. We each bring extensive training and many years of professional experience in child welfare and clinical mental health practice. We offer training and consulting that will enhance and support your work while meeting the needs of your families, agency and community. We are committed to life long learning and promoting cutting edge social work and clinical practice. We want to optimize and enhance the energy and passion that we have developed through experiential practice.

Nicole Milliren, M.S., LPC

Nicole has a masters degree in counseling, has worked in human services for 22 years and has been training throughout the state of Wisconsin for the past 5 years. Nicole has certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT),Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing, Circle of security certifications in assessment, therapy, training and consultation.Nicole received a bachelors degree in psychology and social work. She received her  master's degree in Counseling from Winona State University.


Nancy Pohlman, M.S.W.

Nancy has a masters degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Her experience in Human Services that spans more than 27 years. She has been a trainer and consultant throughout the state of Wisconsin for the past 17 years specializing in foster care training, separation, permanency, safety, child sexual abuse, family engagement, trauma, and supervisory practice.  Nancy has been an adjunct faculty for three accredited social work programs at three distinct regional Universities for over 16 years. She is one of only a few professionals in the State of Wisconsin that has completed the Leadership and Management Academy through the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute. She is passionate about the ongoing development of state of the art, evidence based child welfare practice in motivational interviewing and trauma informed care.
